    Haha that was fun! I've been obsessing about this issue on my two blogs because I like to outline heavily, but I tend to deviate, and I've found that sticking to my outline tends to have better results but I'm still kind of in the middle of the issue.

    What a cool video! I kinda do both. I scratch out enough ideas to get started, then jump in and get to know my characters.
